The design and printing process of your case will take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email indicating that it has been completed and shipped, and it should arrive in approximately 1 week, give or take a few days.

Wrong or mismade orders
If your order is wrong or mismade you must send us an email so we can afford you a new one. This also applies if you want to change your address of delivery.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages because of an incomplete or wrong address. We have an automated system for shipments, so we can not check all addresses one by one. So please check if your address is correct before submitting your order. If the order returns to us, the customer will be charged for reshipping.
We do not take any returns on customised items. Products purchased through 7Case are made according to the specification you have given, such as the name and number you want on your case. The right of withdrawal, therefore, does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.
14 days cooling-off period for non-customised items
You are entitled to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without notice. After the cancellation of your order, you will have 14 days left to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor in the original condition and packaging with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days after your return has been returned, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
